Corporate Background

Diansa Holding was founded to bridge business opportunities between Europe and Southeast Asia. Its initial operations began in the Kartasura region, Central Java (Indonesia), where it developed activities in telecommunications and logistics services, including phone, fax, and cargo handling under the Telcom & Cargo brand.

Tourism & Travel Division

In July 2006, Diansa expanded into the tourism sector through the establishment of PTT Tour & Travel Services, focusing on customised travel and hospitality solutions.
This division aims to strengthen its position within the Indonesian and broader Asian markets, offering tailored vacation and holiday programs for both domestic and international clients.

Expansion in the Netherlands

In March 2007, Diansa Holding broadened its scope by establishing operations in the Netherlands through two business units:

  • Diansa Recruitment & Solutions

These divisions enhance the company’s portfolio by combining international trading and human capital development, ICT recruitment, and solutions.

Asean Trading focuses on import, wholesale, and distribution of premium products, including furniture, home décor, apparel, and personal items, primarily sourced from Indonesia.
The division also delivers Business Development and Intermediation Services, assisting European and Indonesian enterprises in:
